us an idea that we implement and we'll send a Beulah product
that is equivalent to the economic value of the idea.
Give
us an idea for a new product, and if we choose to design and
manufacture that product we'll send you the product we build.
If
you give us a product that you have designed and have done
substantial work in creating and we both agree that Beulah
can take that product to market, we will give you a royalty.
Give
